Account linking connects your Minecraft identity to your Discord account. Crafternal uses this connection to verify website logins and show the correct player information.

Why link your account?

A verified link allows you to:

• Sign in to the Crafternal website with Discord.
• Access your player profile and connected activity.
• View tickets, appeals and applications linked to your account.
• Use staff features when your Discord account has an authorised role.

Linking safely

1. Join the Crafternal network using the Minecraft account you want to connect.
2. Follow the account-linking instructions provided by the network or Discord bot.
3. Authorise only the official Crafternal Discord application.
4. Return to the website and select Log in with Discord.

A website login succeeds only when the Discord account has already been linked to a Minecraft account.

Changing accounts

Do not link a Discord account to someone else's Minecraft identity. If the wrong account is connected, contact support before attempting to create another link.
