Command/town create

A town lets a group of players protect land, build together and take part in Crafternal's player-driven world. The player who creates a town becomes its mayor.

Make sure you are standing in the chunk where you want your town's home block before creating it.

Creating your town

  1. Choose a unique name for your town.
  2. Travel to the location where you want the town to begin.
  3. Run /town create <name>.
  4. Confirm that the town was created successfully.

Your current chunk becomes the town's first protected area and home block.

Claiming land

Stand in an adjacent wilderness chunk and use:

/town claim

Claims must normally connect to land already owned by your town. Town upkeep and claim limits may affect how much land can be protected.

Inviting residents

Mayors and authorised town staff can invite another player with:

/town add <player>

The invited player can then accept the invitation and become a resident of the town.

Town funds

Deposit money into the town bank to pay upkeep and other town costs:

/town deposit <amount>

Money placed in the town bank belongs to the town rather than an individual player.
